Terms of use
These terms apply to the use of historyvincars.com and to the purchase of reports.
The service
We show records of vehicles from US auctions and sell vehicle history reports compiled from our archive and from public data sources listed in each report. The information is provided as available on the date the report is generated.
No guarantee of condition
A history report describes records, not the current condition of a vehicle. Records may be incomplete or contain errors made by their original sources. Always inspect a vehicle before buying it. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a report beyond the price paid for that report.
Purchase
A report is a digital product delivered on the site and by a link sent to your e-mail. The price is shown before payment. The report is for your own use; reselling or republishing reports is not allowed.
Acceptable use
Automated scraping of the site, attempts to bypass limits and any use that disrupts the service are not allowed.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. Questions: info@historyvincars.com.
