Refunds
We want you to pay only for a report that you received.
Full refund
If a paid report could not be delivered, or the delivered report does not belong to the VIN you ordered, write to us within 30 days and we refund the full price.
Before you pay
The report page shows how many auction records and odometer readings we hold for the VIN and lists what the report does not contain. Records that do not exist for a vehicle are not a reason for a refund.
How
Write to info@historyvincars.com with the VIN and the e-mail used for the order. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
